Do you connect to our water hose?

No, we do not; we have our own fresh water inside our van.

Do I need to be there while you are grooming my dog?

No, that is not necessary, but you are always welcome to stay or take a peak.

Do you clip all breeds?

Yes, we do, we can clip your dog any way you want, just let us know how you would like your dog to be groomed at the time you make your appointment. This allows us to schedule ample time for your dog's appointment depending on your needs.

Do you do sanitary clipping?

Yes, if we are going to give your dog a trim we will clip that area, but please let us know if you would like anything special done.

Do you have special shampoos for delicate skin or skin problems?

Yes, we can use a delicate skin shampoo, oatmeal, soap less and medicated shampoos among others if you request it.

Do you use tranquilizers for hyper dogs?

NO, we never use any type of tranquilizers; we may use a muzzel if your dog is not happy about the grooming. Although even with a muzzel, if he/she becomes aggressive, we reserve the right to decide if we will continue with the grooming process or not.

Do you groom all breeds?

We groom all breeds, except Pit Bulls and Bull Terriers.

Do you take credit cards?

No, for the moment we only take cash or personal checks.

Can you groom very large dogs?

Yes, our tub and grooming table are large enough for breeds like Great Danes and Saint Bernards, etc...

Do you express anal glands?

We do ONLY upon request, not everyone likes for us to do it.
